Dealing with Gout

It's come and gone the last few years. For the last three weeks it's been in my left foot and it won't go away. I went to the doctor and I'm taking meds now for high uric acid and a new one from inflammation. Gout is painful arthritis in the joints. It hit's me in the feet around the big toes. I'm tired of it.

cut some dandelion leaflets for tea or soup, it helps to lower uric acid.

Cherries and other dark berries, such as hawthorn berries and blueberries, contain anthocyanadins that increase collagen and decrease inflammation. Cherry juice (8 to 16 ounces of a day) can also be helpful.

radish is also one of the best vegetables to help it.

Consume plenty of hot water and green tea can help relieve symptoms of gout.
